This automatic multifunctional labeling sticker machine is suitable
for different shaps of bottles, such as round bottle, flat/square
bottle, taper botlte, etc.
Features:
The equipment is a fully automatic intelligent packaging line that
integrates the functions of bottle feeding, bottle separation,
sleeve labeling and shrink labeling. The real high speed, precise
positioning, manpower reduction and perfect packaging are the
spirit of this equipment design. In the beverage and health food
factory, it has the function of being beautiful, easy to clean and
maintain.
Synchronous transmission mechanism, one transmission belt drive six
sets of synchronous delivery axis drive, any drive belt can be
completed within three minutes, compared with the traditional
multi-layer arm type (replacement and maintenance takes more than
six hours), easy maintenance, easy maintenance

abnormal situation and reduce accident.
- Roller coating, gluing balance and glue saving.
- Alarm system: Caution light & buzzer for out of label, label
break and door open.
- Cut label system: Used multiple cure of cut system organization.

- The machine production speed is controlled by the machine input
bottle signal. It is automatic transmission.
If input bottles too many, machine will increase speed.
If there is no input bottle, machine will change to low speed.
If output bottles too many, machine will change to low speed.
If output bottles are smooth, machine will increase speed.
